About the Role
Techsgiving is looking for a Social Media & Community Engagement Lead to take the reins of our digital presence across all major platforms. As a creative strategist and executor, you’ll lead the charge in developing content, driving engagement, and shaping the voice of Techsgiving online. You will supervise the implementation intern, manage KPIs, and craft campaigns that spotlight our mission, events, and partnerships throughout the 2025 calendar year.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute quarterly social media strategies that align with Techsgiving’s mission and 2025 calendar of events
Lead creative direction, content planning, and copywriting across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), TikTok, and Facebook
Oversee community engagement, including timely interaction with followers, partners, and supporters
Analyze social media metrics and produce monthly performance reports with insights and optimization suggestions
Manage and mentor the Social Media Implementation Intern
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing Strategist, Graphic Designer, and Event teams
Stay current with social trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
You’ll Thrive If You Have
2+ years of experience in social media marketing or digital content creation
Strong understanding of platform analytics, KPIs, and campaign strategy
Excellent writing skills and eye for cohesive branding
Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
Leadership and mentoring capabilities
A collaborative, solution-focused mindset
