As part of our Growth Plans, we are looking to onboard 0-2 years experienced engineering graduates who aspire to build a career in Sales. After completing structured training, candidates will be assigned to different industry verticals based on their strengths, interests, and performance, ensuring a strong foundation for long‑term career development.
Neilsoft’s Manufacturing Practice offers engineering & digital services for Clients in the areas of Industrial machinery / equipment & production lines, Manufacturing automation and Digital Factory. We services a variety of industries, namely – Paper & Pulp, Mining, Food & Beverages, Discrete manufacturing, Industrial products, etc.

Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying target accounts, generating leads, and building a qualified prospect funnel.
- Support business development activities for defined industry verticals and offerings
- Participate in client interactions, meetings, and presentations alongside senior team members.
- Learn the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—under the mentorship of a Senior Sales professional.
- Create a plan to address defined markets & execute on the plan to achieve business/revenue targets
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years experience, Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering fields (preferred).
- MBA or business coursework is mandatory.
- Passionate to build a career in Sales
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and willingness to engage with clients
- Self‑driven, organized, and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to travel, ability to work independently, self-motivated and results-driven
- Exposure to Salesforce or CRM tools is a plus.
