Could you be our next PACU/PAT Nurse Manager at Lankenau Medical Center?

  • Guide & Support Your Unit. Your leadership makes the difference! As the PACU & PAT Nurse Manager, you would oversee a busy, surgical services team within Lankenau Medical Center. Treating patients through a widespread of pre/post op surgeries (Level 2 Trauma, Cardiothoracic, Robotics, Urology, etc.) on this unit, you would lead your team in providing the highest level of care while garnering a constant focus on patient safety.

Ultimately, as the Nurse Manager of the PACU and PAT, you are an integral member of hospital/system strategic planning & development and instrumental in guiding staff through change.

    Position:

    Nurse Manager – PACU & PAT (PreAdmission Testing)

    Shift:

    Full-timeDays with 24/7 Accountability

    Experience:

    1. 3-5 years of clinical experience in PACU nursing.

    2. Prior management, supervisor, charge, coordinator, or other related leadership experience required.

    Education:

    1. BSN preferred, other related Bachelors Degree or pursuing required.

    2. MSN or other related Masters Degree highly preferred.

    Licensures/Certifications:

    1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.

    2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

    3. CPAN or CAPA certification or Leadership certification (NE-BC/NEA-BC) desired.
